Club Punch Cards

The PMFSC has introduced Club Punch Cards. These cards can be punched if you participate in any club sponsored event. Once you have your punch card filled up your name is then entered into a drawing to be held at the annual club meeting (must be present to win). Prizes to include FREE ICE TIME!! Get your card today by contacting the club treasurer.

Note: the cards that were given out in 2007-2008 will still be honored. We did not have enough events to fill a card completely; therefore, continue to have your card punched and you will receive your new 2008-2009 card with your membership packet.

Club Sponsored Events

to earn punches at:

• Christmas Float Decorating -

December 1st and 2nd , Ice Rink Pavilion

(1 punch for every hour you help on the float)

• Christmas Parade -

December 3rd, 5:30p.m.

(1 punch for riding on the float)

• Club Skates

(1 punch for attending - more punches available during the event for certain

games or participation)

• Fundraising Events

(1 punch for every hour you volunteer)

• Club Sponsored Test Sessions

(1 punch for every hour you volunteer)

• Club Sponsored Competitions

(1 punch for every hour you volunteer)

• Annual Club Meeting

(1 punch for attending meeting)

More opportunities may be added at any time. Keep checking back for updates.

Rules:

Punches are not transferrable

between club

members or

between family

members. Each person earns their own punches.

There are no limit to the number of cards you can redeem.

All cards must be turned in by the start of the Annual Club meeting.

We are not responsible for any lost cards.
